Peer-reviewed, and built on our own genome cohorts.
Every test and study we offer rests on published research, carried out with universities and veterinary hospitals across the Mediterranean.

The engine behind our studies
Our own bioinformatics platform for nanopore data. It runs the analysis for every test and study, keeps client data confidential and stored long term, and lets clients download their results.
- Genome assembly and annotation
- Drug-resistance prediction including Leishmania
- Full-length 16S microbiome profiling
- Metagenomic pathogen identification
- Private pipelines hosted for partners on request
Funded R&D projects
Our research is backed by competitive public funding from Spanish, Catalan and European programmes.
